Yes! Our honey is 100% natural and sourced from organic bee farms. We never use chemicals, pesticides, or artificial additives. Each batch is tested for purity.
🏠 How should I store honey?
Store honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the jar tightly sealed. Do not refrigerate - it causes crystallization. Room temperature is perfect!
📅 What is the shelf life of honey?
Our honey has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of packaging. However, pure honey never truly expires - it can last indefinitely when stored properly!
📦 How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a Tracking ID via Email and SMS. Use this ID on our courier partner's website to track your package in real-time.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes in India.
🔄 Why did my honey crystallize?
Crystallization is a natural process that proves your honey is pure and unprocessed. To liquify, gently warm the jar in warm water (not boiling). Never microwave honey!
