Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged products or if you received the wrong item. Simply contact us with photos of the issue.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) after we receive the returned item.
Return Condition
Product must be in original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept opened jars unless the product was damaged upon delivery.
Non-Returnable
Opened products, items damaged after delivery, or change-of-mind returns are not eligible. Honey is a consumable food product.
How to Request a Return
Email or message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Our team will review and approve your return request within 24 hours.
We'll arrange pickup or provide shipping instructions at no extra cost.
Once received & inspected, refund will be processed in 5-7 working days.
